How to ask for a refund

1. Open a support request within 30 days of your purchase, using the email you bought with, and ask for a refund.
2. A reason is welcome but not required.
3. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

After a refund

Your license key stops being valid, and every activated computer stops working. You should uninstall Early Pigeon from your computers.

Purchases older than 30 days are not normally refundable, but you can still write to us. We'll do our best to help.
